Turn on auto-post and turn off post approval, and the weekly Google post publishes up to your cap. Leave reply approval off and 4- and 5-star replies can post. Turn on auto-send and turn off review-request approval, and a completed job emails the request. Rank checks run after you turn the grid on.
Post approval starts on. Turn reply approval on and every reply waits in GBP Hub. Review requests start in the Leads queue when auto-send is on. Reviews of 1, 2, or 3 stars wait even in autopilot. That rule does not change with the price.
Caps come from the product limits. “Not included” means the plan’s cap is zero, not a hidden add-on.
