When homeowners search, Google shows three businesses first. Local SEO Now keeps your Google Business Profile active, reviewed, and consistent — the weekly work behind relevance and prominence — so more of those searches turn into calls.

Why the top 3

Most local clicks never leave the map pack.

Homeowners search on their phone, compare the three listings Google shows, and call. Below are widely reported local-search figures — not a promise of your results — plus Google’s own rule: you cannot pay for a better local rank.

44%

of local searchers click the map pack

Industry reports, 2025 — the top three listings capture a large share of local clicks.

How Google picks the top 3

Google publishes three factors. We automate the work behind two of them.

Google’s Business Profile Help says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance, and popularity (prominence). Distance is mostly your address. Relevance and prominence are where weekly listing work moves the needle.

Relevance

How well your Business Profile matches what someone searched for. Complete, accurate categories and details help Google match you.

We do: We keep categories, services, hours, and profile details aligned with the jobs you sell — and draft town and service pages you paste when you want to show up further out.

Distance

How far you are from the searcher. You cannot move the shop; Google uses location signals it already has.

We do: A 25-point rank grid across the towns you serve shows where you already appear in the top 3 — so you expand with pages and keywords, not guesswork.

Prominence

How well-known and trusted you look. Google cites reviews, ratings, and links across the web. (Help Center also calls this popularity.)

We do: Fresh review asks after finished jobs, a reply to every review in your voice, weekly posts, photos, and a name/address/phone audit so directories match Google.

What runs every week

A normal week, while you are on the job.

One pass at the weekly work. Details and plan limits are in pricing.

Google posts

A draft goes up on your plan’s cadence, or waits if you asked to approve it — so the profile stays active when someone compares you.

Review replies

Every new review gets a reply in your voice. 1–3 star replies always wait for you.

Review asks

Mark a job done. The same Google review request goes out, or waits for your OK — so fresh reviews keep coming.

Rank grid

A 25-point grid updates across the towns you track — so you see where you sit in the top 3.

Town & service pages

Drafts ready to paste. We never edit your website for you.

Calls, clicks, directions

Listing actions show up in plain English each month. A dollar figure appears only if you enter what a job is worth.

How it works

Not connected

Posts, replies, photos, and hours sync from the profile you already own.

Every switch is yours. 1–3 star replies always wait for approval.

Who it is for

Built for owners who sell jobs — and desks that run many listings.

Local businesses

Stay on the job

Posts, replies, and review asks run while you are on site. You pick autopilot or approval; tough reviews always wait.

See the phone move

Monthly report shows calls, website clicks, and directions from your own listing — not shared leads.

Grow town by town

Rank grids and paste-ready pages show where you already win and where to show up next.

Agencies

Same weekly work, many clients

Up to 10 locations in one Agency workspace — reviews, replies, posts, and pages on every client.

Proof clients keep paying for

White-label report with your name, logo, and a greener rank grid plus listing actions they understand.

Safe at scale

Per-client switches for posts, replies, and review asks. 1–3 star replies always need a person.

Where it works

Done on Google. Checked everywhere else.

Google is where customers compare you, so that is where the weekly work happens. Other directories get a name, address, and phone audit — you claim them; we do not create those listings.

We compare your name, address, and phone against your own listings and Google, and give you a checklist to claim each one. You claim them. We do not create or edit those listings.

Questions

Will this get me more calls?

We do the work Google’s help docs point to — complete profiles, reviews and replies, and prominence signals — plus town pages and a rank grid so you can see movement. Nobody can buy or guarantee a Google ranking. Everyone can do the work Google rewards.

Will a reply go out while I am with a customer?

Only if you turn approval off. New workspaces start with “Require approval before posting replies” on, so nothing public goes out until you say yes. If you later choose autopilot, 4- and 5-star replies can publish on their own; 1-, 2-, and 3-star replies always wait.

Can I start on approval and switch to autopilot later?

Yes. The switches are in Settings and they save immediately. Posts, replies, and review requests each have their own switch. The choice is the same on Solo, Crew, and Agency.

Do I have to write the posts?

No. When auto-post is on, the week’s Google post is drafted for you, up to your plan’s cap. It waits if post approval is on, which is the starting position.

I already have a list of finished jobs.

Paste the CSV on the Leads page. Mark a row completed, or import it as completed. If auto-send is on, the Google review request either waits for you or goes out, depending on the approval switch.

Does this edit my website?

No. Local pages, service pages, and schema are drafts you copy onto your site. Directory listings other than Google are a checklist, not something we create for you.

Is there a contract?

No. Paid plans are month to month. You can cancel. Cancelling a live PayPal subscription happens from Billing, and only once PayPal is connected.

What if I have several locations, or I run this for clients?

Crew holds 3 locations. Agency holds 10, which is the plan for a small group or an agency desk. Extra locations past 10 are $49/mo each in Billing (up to 19 total). For 20 or more, choose Enterprise at $59 per location / month — self-serve checkout. You can invite a teammate and switch workspaces. The report can carry your name and logo. See the agencies page for how that desk works.
