Privacy notice

Local SEO Now is operated by Precious Thundu. This notice is written in plain English for people in the United States. It describes what the product does today.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email, and password (as a hash). If you connect a Google Business Profile, we store the listing details Google sends us: name, address, phone, hours, posts, reviews, and photos you choose to sync. If you later pay, PayPal processes the payment. We store the plan, status, and payment references PayPal sends back. We do not store full card numbers.

If you email us, we keep that message so we can reply. Server logs may include your IP address and browser for security.

Calls and the AI front desk

The number +1 (308) 385-3871 is an AI front desk, available 24 hours. If you call, you are talking to software, not a person sitting at a desk. The call may be recorded and turned into text so we can answer the question and see what the desk got wrong. Do not say a card number, a password, or a social security number on the call.

Text messages

We do not send SMS or MMS today. If we start, we will text only people who have given prior express written consent, tell them how often we text, that message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to texts will not be a condition of buying the service. We will not sell text-message consent to another company.

How we use it

We use the data to run the product: publish the posts you approve, draft review replies, measure rank, send the emails you asked for (password reset, and a verification note when email delivery is turned on), and keep the workspace secure. We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

Google receives the listing changes you approve. Email goes through our email provider. Payments, if you subscribe, go through PayPal. The site is hosted on servers in the ordinary course of running a web app. These companies process data for us. They are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.

How long, and your choices

We keep account and listing data while the workspace is open, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable time after you close the account, unless we have to keep a record for security or a legal claim. Email hello@localseonow.com or support@localseonow.com to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
