Terms of use

These terms are between you and Precious Thundu, operating Local SEO Now. Prices on the site are in US dollars. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Local SEO Now connects to a Google Business Profile you control, drafts posts and review replies, tracks rank on a map grid, and can check whether AI answer engines mention the business. A 14-day trial does not ask for a card. Paid plans are month to month. You can cancel. There is no long retainer.

You must have the right to manage every listing you connect. You are responsible for what you approve. While approval is on, public replies and sensitive profile edits wait for you. If you later turn approval off, those changes can publish without a second look.

What the software is not

Drafts can be wrong. Rank and “AI mention” reports describe what our checks saw. They are not a promise of calls, rankings, or revenue. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, or financial advice. Example cards on the marketing pages are illustrations.

Calls

+1 (308) 385-3871 is answered by an AI front desk, 24 hours a day. You are not reaching a live person by default. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Do not leave payment card numbers or government ID numbers on a call.

Text messages

SMS is not turned on. We will not text you because you created an account or called the desk. If we offer texts later, we will ask for a separate yes, tell you that message and data rates may apply, and honor STOP and HELP. That yes will not be required to buy a plan.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your password to yourself. Do not use the product to mislead customers, post content you do not have rights to, or attack the service. We can suspend a workspace that does those things.

Payments

Paid checkout uses PayPal when it is connected. If PayPal is not connected, the site will say so and will not pretend a charge went through. Taxes, if any, are described at checkout.

Liability

The service is provided as it runs. We work to keep it up, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that a listing change will produce a business result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the workspace in the three months before the claim. Some states do not allow that limit. In those states, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

Disputes are handled under the laws of the United States, in a court that has the power to hear the case. These terms do not name a home address because the operator has not published one.
