Solo and Crew cannot buy past their caps — upgrade to Agency first. On Agency, use the Extra locations stepper in Billing ($49/mo each, up to 19 total). For 20 or more, choose Enterprise and set your location count — both are self-serve. Increases unlock when PayPal approves; decreases take effect on the next billing date.

Open Billing in the app. Choose another plan and confirm in PayPal. Plan changes need PayPal approval before access changes.

Billing → Cancel subscription. Paid plans are month to month. There is no annual lock-in. Feature access pauses when PayPal confirms cancellation.

No. Paid months are not refunded. There is no money-back guarantee in the terms. Cancel in Billing before the next billing date if you want to stop.

In the app, open GBP Hub or onboarding and start the Google connection. Use a Google account that can manage that listing. Connection goes through our Google partner (Zernio).

Autopilot publishes work the product is allowed to publish. Approval holds that work until a person says yes. The switch is in Settings and is the same on every plan. 1–3 star review replies always wait for a person.

Every new review can get a reply in your voice. Reviews of 1, 2, or 3 stars always wait for a person, even in autopilot. You can require approval for higher-star replies in Settings.
